Referral Program Policy
- Referrals are only eligible for a reward if submitted using our referral form.
- The person/people you refer must be aware that you are referring them to Epix Cruise and Travel and they must be aware that Epix Cruise and Travel will be contacting them.
- Referrals are only valid if the person or company you are referring is not already engaged in conversation with Epix Cruise and Travel.
- A group cruise must consist of at least 20 people to be eligible for a referral reward.
- The reward is a one-time flat $400 for successful referrals.
- A successful referral is defined as a person, company, association, or social organization referred by you resulting in a group of 20 or more people that books their cruise through Epix Cruise and Travel, pays their group cruise in full, and has fully completed their group cruise.
- Referrers are eligible for referral reward payout from Epix Cruise and Travel immediately after the referred group has completed their group cruise.
- Referral reward payouts may be subject to tax laws, and any necessary tax reporting is the sole responsibility of the referrer.
