Cruise pricing can vary widely depending on the cruise line, specific cruise ship, cruise duration, sailing date, and several other factors. As a general rule, you might be within range of a reasonable estimate if you start with $100 to $200 per person per day for cruise fare. This means for a 5-day cruise, you might estimate a fare of roughly $500 to $1,000 per person, not including any necessary airfare, hotel, or other add-ons. And yes, this estimate can be higher or lower. Cruise pricing is a great value considering that staterooms, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and entertainment are included in the cruise price.

When you book a cruise, it will generally include sleeping accommodations on the cruise ship, standard meals & snacks, and most onboard entertainment. While these things are usually included in the price of a cruise, you will also have access to optional add-ons such as specialty dining & snacks, adult beverages, and many premium services such as the spa and select entertainment options.

Epix Cruise and Travel books cruises for three segments of clients:

Standard Cruises: Usually 2 to 15 people. This includes couples, small families, or several friends.

Group Cruises: 16 to 100 or more people. Usually reunions, yoga & fitness groups, Meetup groups, social clubs, and a variety of other common intertest groups.

Corporate Cruises: Usually 16 or more people - companies and professional organizations using cruise ships as meeting & event venues.

We recommend booking your cruise at least 6 months in advance. While cruises for 2 to 15 people will often still have space available just weeks before a cruise, it’s a good idea for larger groups to book at least 10 to 12 months in advance. In general, early booking allows you the best selection of rooms and often better pricing.

Epix Cruise and Travel books cruises for a minimum of four days. While our shorter bookings often visit two destinations, a seven or eight-day cruise usually includes three or four destinations. We’ll help you decide on the prefect amount of time for your cruise.

We do not charge our clients a service fee. Our revenue comes from booking commissions paid to us by the cruise lines.

For corporate & association groups, we accept optional service tips from 5% to 10% of the total cruise price.

Roughly 70% of our clients select the Caribbean and Bahamas region for their cruises. But we also book cruises to Alaska, Mexico, and Hawaii.

We can book airfare and hotel packages for cruise groups of 20 or more people when a single person, company, or organization is paying for all attendees. For smaller groups, or groups that have attendees paying for themselves, we can direct them to a recommended online air & hotel booking source.

Yes, for an additional cost, modern cruise ships provide Wi-Fi and cellular service to keep people connected with their family, friends, and coworkers back home. Some fleets utilize Starlink to support low-latency video conferencing and VPN access. While cellular roaming is available at sea, maritime rates can be high, making Wi-Fi calling the most reasonable option.
