Epix Cruise and Travel specializes in helping companies plan and execute successful corporate meetings, incentives, and group events at sea. Our role is to simplify the process, from selecting the right cruise to coordinating the essential elements of your onboard meetings and group experiences. We provide a streamlined, "MICE‑lite" level of service that focuses on high‑impact planning without the complexity or cost of full‑scale event production. We also leverage the years-long relationships we have with group specialists at every major cruise line to make your cruise effortless, organized, and aligned with your business objectives.
What We Handle for You
Cruise Exploration & Selection
There are A LOT of cruise lines, cruise ships, and destinations, and all of them have different styles and vibes. Making these selections correctly can be the difference between your cruise being a huge success or a costly nightmare. We'll help you with:
Group size and program goals
Choosing a cruise line and cruise ship that best fits your group
Destinations & specific itinerary guidance
Cabin / stateroom categories & requirements
Cruise timing (seasonality, weather, holidays)
Group Booking & Coordination
Once we select your cruise line and ship, we'll manage:
Cabin / stateroom block management
Group dining arrangements
Accessibility and dietary needs

Coordination with cruise line's group services team

MICE-Lite Meeting & Event Coordination
We provide the strategic planning and coordination and work with the cruise line for preferred details within scope. Our support also includes:
Reserving meeting rooms and onboard venues
Coordinating AV needs for your onboard meetings and events
Scheduling group socials and cocktail hours, and securing space
Help scheduling high-level program agenda
Confirming room set-up, seating styles, and timing
Air & Hotel Booking
For groups requiring other travel associated with their cruise, we can assist with:
Airline reservations & booking
Hotel reservations & booking
Ground transportation guidance and recommendations
What’s Outside Our Scope?
To focus on our core competencies and keep our service efficient and cost-effective, Epix Cruise and Travel does not provide the following:
Full event production or minute-by-minute run-of-show
Custom decor, staging, or branding installations
Dedicated onboard staffing or in-person event management
Script-writing, presentation design, or speaker management
Entertainment sourcing beyond what each cruise ship already offers
Our service model is designed to provide strategic coordination without the complexity or cost of full MICE production. While we do not manage detailed run‑of‑show planning, décor, onboard branding, or in-person staffing, we work closely with the cruise line's event team to ensure your program is executed smoothly. When specialized services are required, we will connect you with the appropriate onboard professionals.
In-person / Onboard Event Management
As much as we'd love to attend every cruise for in-person management of your events, it's not possible. We highly recommend you assign a company representative or “group leader” to travel with your group to help oversee real‑time logistics during the cruise. We’ll connect them with the ship’s group specialists, who will handle the detailed onboard execution, from meeting room setup to AV and dining arrangements. While your group leader manages onboard activities, Epix Cruise and Travel will be available to them by phone or email from our California office to support your group throughout the sailing. In most cases we can arrange for your group leader to go on the cruise free, with the exception of cruise port fees & taxes.
